Our No Win, No Fee funding scheme gives you financial security and offers you the peace of mind of knowing that if you do not receive compensation, you will not owe us a penny for the work we carry out.
We are only paid if you win your claim and receive CICA compensation. The legal fees will be deducted directly from your compensation and will be no more than 25% of your award.
If you do not receive CICA compensation, then we will not charge you for the legal work we have carried out on your behalf, and you will owe nothing. You do not therefore need to allow worries about funding legal fees to put you off retaining a specialist lawyer to fight your case.
